                  EARLY VOTING IN PERSON for USD 303 School Bond Election

                     Ness County will be holding early voting in person in the

                                                Ness County Clerk’s Office

                                             202 W. Sycamore, Ness City

          Monday thru Friday starting April 28^ththru May 2^nd from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

AND

          Monday, May 5^th from 9a.m. to Noon.

If you are a registered voter within USD 303 School District you may vote at the location listed above. Remember to bring a valid form of photo ID. If you would like to cast your vote by Advance Mail ballot, please contact the Ness County Clerk’s Office for information.  If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Ness County Clerk’s Office at: 785-798-2401.

NOTICE FOR CLOSING OF REGISTRATIONBOOKS FOR NESS COUNTY BEFORE USD 303 SCHOOL BOND ELECTION ON MAY 6^th,2025

               Pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A 25-2311, notice is hereby given that Ness County registration books will be closed April 15^th, 2025 at the close of regular business hours, and will remain closed until May  7^th, 2025, the day after the School Bond Election.  

Prior to the closing of the registration books you may register at the County Clerk’s Office, or by mail upon request and proof of eligibility.
